Sprouted Cashew Milk

Creamy, creamy goodness. Soak raw cashews all day + overnight in a bowl of fresh filtered water, changing the water once or twice. Blend nuts on high with new water and a bit of salt. To taste, add vanilla, cinnamon, and something to sweeten like dates or agave. Will get frothy and thick, no need to strain. Keep chilled and drink within a day or two, it's bioactive - yum!
