Baked Mackerel

I’ve never flayed a fish open before but these bright-eyed wild caught mackerel caught my eye at Ranch 99 yesterday. Why so cheap? The bag weighed in at $1.80. Baked at 400 degrees with cracked salt and garlic mashed with some paprika. Good so good for you finger lickin’ fats. Definitely want this as a broiled breakfasts staple!
